"I ordered an installation of a Ring Pro for my parents who are a bit older. Nigel tested the broadband levels first which were inadequate and returned after my parents switched provider. Nigel was incredibly thorough and generous with his time in getting the Ring Pro up and running and showing my parents how to use it and the various features. My parents and I are delighted with the product and the quality of he installation. I would highly recommend Smart-Space. "

"Nigel installed a few Ring outdoor cameras along with Solar panels. He was very knowledgable, courteous, arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Post installation Nigel walked me through the Ring app and explained the various features. We were very happy with his work and glad to see that there are professionals like him still making homes brighter for us.

"Fantastic experience with Nigel. He installed a Ring wired doorbell that I had previously purchased. The whole process was done so quickly. He also arrived bang on time. It was so efficient being able to book a day and time slot on the website. When the doorbell was installed he guided me through every single part of the Ring app and explained everything so well. "Nigel is one of the best professionals I have ever encountered in my life. He does this more as a hobby rather than a need, but that makes it even more impressive. Not only did he go over and above in helping me trying (and failing) to set up a 1st gen Ring Doorbell Pro, but guided me as to how to get a replacement even talking to the sales rep on the phone with me (well over half an hour which seems endless when you are on the phone). As if this was not enough, he came over weeks later to my house when I finally got the replacement and did it all over again without once asking for any money. And if you are wondering how the second time went, it went without a hitch - and even though I am decently tech savvy, Nigel made sure I went through all the software settings and had me up and absolutely ready before he left. I have nothing else to say but I have seldom met men who worked this professionally. Safe journeys to the South of France Nigel!!"

He was a wealth of knowledge and information and gave a thorough induction on how to use the Ring devices and the app; and offered additional advise on router positioning and reception strengthening.
