If possible, during winter hours, please book installations that involve floodlight or wired spotlight cams no later than 5pm.
Some Sensible Terms
This service covers standard installations of Ring products where:
- Video Doorbell installations are located on the site of an existing working wired doorbell.
- Floodlights and Spotlights are located on an existing light/power-source location OR are within 10m of a power source, including a power socket inside the nearest room to the Ring device.
- Ring alarm installations are charged as 2x devices due to the required setup and testing time. Max installation height for outdoor siren is 3.5m - usually grouped with a Ring Floodlght Cam if installed.
