How To Book Our Services & Terms ?

Covering Dublin & the N11 corridor (Bray, Greystones, Ashford, Arklow & Wicklow), Smart-Space offers easy access to professional 5 star-rated onsite consultations & installations of the latest senior independent living solutions & smart home options.

Installations start with a complementary onsite consultation which is booked onlineallowing you to choose an available date and time best suits you. Bookings may also be arranged over the phone at 087 057 0000.

Installation payment is typically split across two payments - an initial payment (70%) to book the inventory & agreed installation date & time, with the balance (30%) due upon system handover after customer training. Monthly payments are via direct debit.

Our SmartGuardian devices remain the property of SmartSpace. If a device is found to be faulty, SmartSpace will replace & setup the unit. If a device is damaged through deliberate misuse, a time & labour charge to replace & setup the device may be charged to the customer.

WiFi is required throughout the home for the system to operate. The app will indicate if devices have gone offline caused by lack of power or wifi signal.
