• Nationwide Plug-and-Play (You Live In Dublin): No tech struggles! Simply plug Connect in their home anywhere in Ireland, and it automatically connects. We'll pre-configure it with you beforehand at your Dublin address for a hassle-free setup at their home.
• In-Home Installation (Dublin Addresses Only): If your loved one lives in Dublin, our technicians will work with you to configure Connect at their home based on your family's needs, before installing it and providing comprehensive training for everyone involved.

Connect is an 8" smart screen and speaker featuring the latest in AI-powered voice recognition and assistance. Requires WiFi at your loved one's home. We will need the username and password for this WiFi network. Connect requires a free app to be downloaded and an account to be setup for the administrator, emergency contacts and other allowed callers.
