No. The evidence service is on its own: it measures your broadband line at the router, not the Wi-Fi in your rooms.
What does the €199 cover?+
The box and its postage, 7 days of logging, the one-page report, and a visit to go through it with you and collect the box. It includes VAT.
What if the line turns out to be fine?+
Then the report says so, and the problem is inside the house. That is what the 3-day Wi-Fi trial is for.
